ALLKids is affordable, high quality, comprehensive health coverage for children under age 19, who qualify. Our benefits administrator is Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama. Annual premiums are either $52 or $104 per child (not to exceed $312 per family). ALLKids, Medicaid and the Federal Health Insurance Marketplace share a joint application, so if a child doesn’t qualify for ALLKids, the application is automatically sent to Medicaid or the Federal Health Insurance Marketplace.
