Winfield City High Schools’ Pirata Vitae Winterguard has had a successful run at the SCGC (Southeastern Colorguard Circuit) Circuit Championship. Our outstanding students won 1st place last Saturday in their classification at Spring Hill High School in Tennessee! Additionally, they were crowned State Champions for their class two weeks ago at Thompson High School. So, they are essentially southeastern champions and State Champions for their classification. The band program is extremely thankful for Jennifer Langley who serves as our Color guard sponsor. Her phenomenal leadership is largely responsible for the continued success of our program. Please help me Congratulate Mrs. Langley and the following students: Middle School Grace Watkins Audrey Clelland Kalee Upton Abby Cunningham High School Kayla Brewer Nam Nugyen Jaidan Mansell Brianna McCullar Anna Beth Butler Sara Seals Kara Carter Kylie Long Kilee Webster Casie Tidwell Parker Threadgill
