Thursday, March -11 Winfield baseball will Honor all Veterans at the home Varsity game. We ask all veterans to come and stand with the team for the National Anthem at 4:25. Veterans can come by that day for dinner on us in appreciation for all you have done. Also we are honored to have Johnny Spann throwing out the first pitch in memory of Johnny Michael Spann.
Friday march -12 Winfield baseball will honor all first responders and all heath care workers at the home varsity game . We ask all first responders and health care workers to come and stand with the team for the National Anthem at 4:25. First responders and heath care workers can come by the field that day for dinner on us in appreciation for all you do. Melinda Wilson will honor us with the first pitch.

Winfield City Schools will be handing out virtual meals on Thursday, March 11th for the virtual day on Friday, March 12th. Please check your students backpack for this one day breakfast and one day lunch.
WCHS has 4 students that have been selected for the UNA High School Honor Band.

6 middle schoolers made the MS Honor Band. Go Pirates!!!!
Winfield City Schools will be handing out 7 day breakfast and lunch meal boxes the week of March 15th. If your child rides the bus the boxes will be sent home with them on the bus. If your child is a car rider they will be given to the child when they leave school. The 7 day breakfast and 7 day lunch boxes are for the week of spring break. Meal boxes at the Elementary School, entrée will be chicken nuggets. Meal boxes at the Middle School and High School will be crispitos. Boxes will contain frozen foods. The following are the dates and grades boxes will be handed out:
Monday, March 15, 2021 – Elementary School (All grades)
Monday, March 15, 2021 – Middle School (5th grade)
Tuesday, March 16, 2021 – Middle School (6th grade)
Wednesday, March 17, 2021 – Middle School (7th grade)
Wednesday, March 17, 2021 – Winfield High School (All grades)
Thursday, March 18th, 2021 – Middle School (8th grade)
