Girl Power, a program based on STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) was created to encourage female students to consider the exciting possibilities of Engineering and IT. Our fifth and sixth grade young women were provided an hour of Girl Power by Mrs. Jennifer Birmingham and Mrs. Daphne Hendrix. Topics were chemistry and rocketry.
